Application support for SPoTS is provided primarily through SPoTS itself.  At any time after logging into your account you may select the Help Icon at the top of the page to research a question, make an enhancement request, or report a defect regarding the application.  The "FAQs" project will provide you with answers to commonly asked questions.  The "Problems / Enhancements" project is used to report problems or request enhancements.
