Please use the emergency notification address only if you are reasonably certain that your outage is due to the SPoTS application, and not due to your own Internet connectivity or equipment problems.

Application support for SPoTS is provided primarily through SPoTS itself.  At any time after logging into your account you may select the Help Icon at the top of the page to research a question, make an enhancement request, or report a defect regarding the application.  The "FAQs" project will provide you with answers to commonly asked questions.  The "Problems / Enhancements" project is used to report problems or request enhancements.
